By using Blue's Daily Picks, you agree to these terms. The website is intended for adults who meet the legal age requirements applicable to sports wagering in their location. Do not use the service where prohibited by law.
Informational content only
Our sports and horse racing selections are opinions and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. We are not a sportsbook, do not accept wagers, and do not place bets on behalf of visitors. No pick or result guarantees a winning outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and compliance with local laws.
Free content and future VIP features
Free picks and publicly visible results are available without payment. VIP subscriptions are not currently offered for purchase. Any future paid membership will require separately published pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and access terms before checkout becomes available.
Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and not share accounts in ways that compromise security. We may restrict accounts involved in unauthorized access, abuse, or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Performance and grading
Results are manually graded. Sports results generally use American odds and units risked; horse racing results use recorded total payouts and stakes. Results displayed may differ according to the visitor's authorized access level. Past performance does not predict future outcomes. Corrections may be necessary when data is incomplete or erroneous.
Intellectual property
Original analysis, text, and site branding belong to Blue's Daily Picks or their respective rights holders. You may read and share links to publicly available content for personal use, but may not systematically copy, resell, scrape, or republish substantial portions without permission, except as allowed by law.
Availability and accuracy
We strive for accurate information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, real-time odds, correct schedules, or error-free content. Lines, scratches, and payouts can change. Confirm current information with official sources before acting.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties, and Blue's Daily Picks is not responsible for losses arising from independent wagering decisions. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
